Ingredients
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- ½cup short-grain brown rice
- ½cup quinoa
- ⅔cup chopped pecans
- ⅔cup raisins
- ¼cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 to 4tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ¼teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 2¼cups water
Preparation
- Put all of the ingredients directly into the steamer without the tray. Secure lid.
- Select Manual, set timer for 1 hour and press Start. Once timer expires, allow mixture to rest in steamer for an additional
5 minutes. - Carefully remove steamer lid. Remove cinnamon sticks, stir and serve immediately.
