Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 6 large eggs
Preparation
- 1. Add 3 cups water to the work bowl. Put 6 eggs into the Steam Basket and place into the work bowl. Secure the Cooking Lid with Steam Cap in place.
- 2. The cooking time is set for 25 minutes at 285°F with no speed for hard boiled eggs. Adjust time to 16 minutes if soft boiled eggs are preferred.
- 3. Once the time expires remove immediately and transfer to an ice bath to stop the eggs from overcooking.
