This is my Mom's recipe. Great for a Sunday Brunch.
1 pound Ham Steak
1 Tablespoon oil for browning ham
Drippings from browning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 boiled eggs
2 9" piecrust

Preheat oven to 375. Brown ham in oil until brown and let cool. Save the drippings. Cut ham into bite size pieces. Return the ham to pan with drippings and add soup, milk, and pepper. Stir well and cook on low for 10 minutes. Place one pie crust into pie pan. Cut the boiled eggs in half and arrange in bottom of pie plate. Pour ham mixture over top of eggs. Place second pie crust on top.Puncture holes with fork in top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
