1/4 lb. of butter
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 ripe mashed banana (we prefer 3)

Grease a large loaf pan.
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add bananas and mix. Then add flour, baking soda, sour cream and vanilla, when mixed well.
Add mixture to loaf pan(glass preferred)
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes -- if useing mini pans cook for 30 minutes on 375
