Grandma's pancakes

Large crepe like with no fat (except for frying)

Yields

3 eight inch pancakes

Ingredients

1 egg 1 tablespoon sugar ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup milk ½ flour

Beat together egg, sugar, and salt. Add milk and flour. Pour into 8 inch fry pan (Buttered). Turn over once. No additional butter or syrup needed. Yummy
