Ingredients
3cups rolled oats⅓cup pecans⅓cup hazelnuts2tablespoons flax seeds2tablespoons vegetable oil2tablespoons honey¼teaspoon kosher salt⅓cup light or dark brown sugar¼teaspoon ground cinnamon½teaspoon pure vanilla extract½cup golden raisins½cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Preheat a Cuisinart toaster oven to 300°F. Line provided baking pan with parchment paper or tin foil; reserve.In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, flax seeds, vegetable oil, honey, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Toss to completely combine. Spread mixture on prepared baking pan. Place in preheated oven and bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until browned and fragrant. Stir mixture every 15 minutes. Remove granola from oven and add dried fruit; toss to combine. Cool on wire rack.
