This is my favorite way to eat breakfast. It's so satisfying and filling but oh boy so good! Enjoy like I do!;)
2 Tablespoon or more Panco crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream to serve with and sriracha

Heat non-stick pan add oil and butter. Put 1 T panco and crack egg, then add the rest of panco to cover eggs. Cook till it got nice golden crust on both sides and season to taste.
