EGG ROAST

This is a recipe which doesn't take much time cooking...

Ingredients

Eggs-6 Onions:2 medium (sliced) Garam masala/Curry powder-1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste -1 teaspoon ground pepper-½teaspoon chili powder-½ teaspoon or as needed Salt -to taste tomato sauce -1 teaspoon Cilantro leaves- 2-3 teaspoon cooking oil - 2 teaspoon or as needed

Instructions

Boil the eggs and remove shells and set aside Heat the Oil in the skillet Saute Onions and add ginger garlic paste till it becomes very light brown , Simmer and add rest of the ingredients and cook in 2 tbs of water. Fold eggs in the mix and garnish with cilantro leaves Serve hot .
