½ cup chopped apple (1 small)
1 package of cinnamon instant oats
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 eggs(beaten)
1 Teaspoon coconut
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups milk or applesauce and milk

Instructions
In a medium microwave safe bowl put chopped apple and oats
In the Cuisinart blender put everything else and process until smooth
Pour mixture over apples and oats and microwave 2-3 minutes on high
