Turn the speed to 2 and slowly in 3 steps add flour, milk, water, cream with stand mixer running on speed 1 incorporate all ingredients well. Preheat heavy-bottomed frying pan, spray with butter. Spoon the pancakes mixture into heaps, allowing room for them to spread. Place an apple slice on each pancake and when pancakes get light brown around edges, turn them and cook on the second side. Garnish with sifted sugar with cinnamon.
