Ingredients

  • 2 cooker cups oat bran
  • Water (to the 4-cup rice marking in cooking pot)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Preparation

  1. 1. Put the oat bran, water and salt in the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice and Grain Multicooker. Select the Oats function and press Start/Stop. COOK ONLY 15 MINUTES.
  2. 2. Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid and stir in the cranberries and serve.
