1½ cups of all-purpose flour
½ cup of white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
½ cup of butter melted or oil
½ cup of milk-soy-creamer, your choice

2 tablespoon white or brown sugar

mix in egg, milk and butter.
grease muffin cups or line with paper liners. Fill ⅔ of the way and sprinkle with cinnamon,sugar, butter mixture
