1. Stir Fry: One large red onion, sliced in rings very thin One green bell pepper, sliced in rings very thin ½ teaspoon garlic/shallot purée 8 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced
2. Saute onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms with olive and seasonings of your choice until soft.
3. Grill sliced steak until browned. Add sliced cheese and cover with foil or a pot lid until melted.
4.Butter your bread and grill.
5.Top browned bread with grilled veggies, cooked steak/melted cheese, and top with your choice of condiments.
