A breakfast that captures the soft, sweet, warm taste of freshly made golden brown pancakes with the savory flavors of crispy bacon, fluffy, scrambled eggs and sizzling hot sausage, topped with smoothly melted bubbly cheddar cheese all in one delicious bite. Melt in your mouth DELICIOUS!




10 Eggs, Scrambled 1 Bag (8 oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese 12 Sausage Links or Patties, Fully Cooked 8-10 Pieces Bacon, Fully Cooked Pancakes – Homemade or Store Bought

1.Cook pancakes, sausage and bacon according to directions on box. Set aside. 2.On a stove, over medium heat scramble eggs. Set aside. 3.In a 13x9 inch baking dish, lay pancakes in rows until bottom portion of dish is covered. It is ok if they overlap. 4.Next, place ½ of the scrambled eggs on top of the pancakes and top with ⅓ of the shredded Cheddar cheese. 5.Make another layer of pancakes on top of the cheese, then add all of the the sausage links and bacon. 6.Sprinkle top of sausage and bacon with ⅓ of the Cheddar cheese. 7.Add the last layer of pancakes, followed by the remaining scrambled eggs, and the rest of the cheese. 8.Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.. 9.Cut into squares and serve warm. *Can also add maple syrup for a sweeter taste!*
