A delicious, healthy cookie, perfect for busy mornings and breakfast on the go!
Ingredients
3 mashed ripe bananas
1½ cups flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1½ cup quick oats
½ cup ground golden flax seed
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Beat butter, sugars, bananas, egg and vanilla. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Use 2 inch cookie scoop to place on baking try, 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees, 9-10 minutes. Cool on tray 2 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
