1 14oz pkg hash browns 1 pkg little smokies 6-8 eggs ½ c butter 14oz pkg of cheddar cheese

melt ½ c butter in the bottom of a 10x13 pan make sure you spray with pam first to prevent sticking, layer hash browns next then little smokies, beat eggs with a little milk and pour over to cover bake for 30 min at 350 then add cheese for another 10 even good left over
