Frozen blueberries blended with fat free yogurt, makes a creamy and delicious low calorie breakfast, lunch, or snack.
1 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries (keep frozen)
1-2 teaspoons splenda
3 tbl unsweetened blueberry preserves
1 tbl granola
1 tbl fresh blueberries

Place frozen blueberries, yogurt, preserves and splenda in food processor, blend till creamy.
You can eat as is or put in freezer for about 20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh berries and granola and enjoy!
