2 cups all-purpose flour ⅓ cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, frozen 1 cup blueberries ½ cup sour cream 1 large egg

Mix dry ingredients. Use your fingers to mix in butter. In small bowl, mix egg with sour cream. Mix just till it comes together. Then I like to make it into a long flat 1" thick log and cut with a knife or dough cutter into triangles. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 400 degree oven. About 15 minutes.
