This recipe is the greatest waffle recipe that can be doubled and never fails! I make 2 batches and freeze each for future breakfasts. Healthy living!
1 1/2 cups Sifted flour; 1/2 cup flaxseed; 4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tsp sugar, 2 eggs (separated); 1 3/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup melted butter.

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat sugar into egg whites until stiff and fluffy.
Add milk with beaten egg yolks and melted butter.
Mix together dry ingredients with wet and fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake on High heat for 4-6 minutes.
