A healthy delicious breakfast that people of all ages will enjoy.
4 large wheat tortillas
8 Eggbeater eggs
8 tbls Medium Salsa (your choice)
1 cup Mexican cheddar shredded cheese
12 strips of turkey bacon cooked to desired crispiness
1 tbls chili powder

Mix chili powder with eggs and cook over medium heat.
Meanwhile cook bacon in microwave.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place into oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
On each person's plate place one tortilla and top with 1/4 of the eggs, 2 tbls of salsa, 3 strips of bacon, and 1/4 of the cheese.
Fold into burrito form and enjoy!
