1½ Cup Old fashioned Oats 1½ Tablespoons old fashioned Oats, divided ½ cup brown sugar, packed plus 1½ tablespoons packed, divided 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup strawberry yogurt 4 tablespoon butter, softened 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Prepare muffin pan w/cooking spray; Preheat oven to 400 degrees 1. Combine 1½ tablespoon of brown sugar & oats and set aside 2. In mixer combine oats, sugar, flour baking powder and cinnamon 3. Add to mixer yogurt, butter, egg and vanilla. 4. Mix until blended 5. Fold in blueberries 6. Fill muffin cups ⅔ 7. Sprinkle reserved oats & sugar 8. Bake 18-20 minutes
