8 egg whites
1 cup evaporated skim milk
½ cut low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup Kraft grated American Cheese Food, Sharp Cheddar Flavor
⅛ teaspoon pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Spray a 9-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Place all ingredients in a Cuisinart Food Processor or Blender. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour into prepared pan and bake, 30 to 35 minutes, or until set.
5. Cut into 2 inch slices. Serve warm.
