Salmon Pattycake
INGREDIENTS
2 can of salmon
1 spanish onion
1/2 green pepper(opional)
1/2 teaspoons rosemary
1/2 teaspoons back pepper
1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons of pam chesse
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons pancake mix
Instructions
Blend all dry ingrediance with eggs. Sauté onions and green pepper in sauce pan with 2 tablespoons of butter; add to dry ingrediance and eggs. Mix in salmon and roll into patties. Fry in small amount of olive oil, or cooking spray, until golden brown.
