Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Fluffy and delicious

I learned this recipe a long time ago and it is still the best way I've found to have delicious scrambled eggs.



1/2 stick Unsalted butter
2 Jumbo Eggs beaten
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper


Gently melt butter over medium low heat then slowly add eggs. Whisk constantly - if eggs begin to stick, remove from heat and continue to whisk. Sprinkle with Cayenne and whisk until eggs have set. Remove immediately and serve.
