2 prepared pie shells
2 strips of bacon
1 1/2 cups light cream
1/2 cup crumbles blue cheese
1/2 ts. salt
1/4 ts. nutmeg
1/4 ts. white pepper
Fry bacon and drain. Crush bacon over the bottom of the pie shells. Place cream, spices and eggs in blender and mix. Pour over bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and mixture is set. Serve warm.
