Hawaiian Ono (delicious) Oatmeal

A delicious healthy oatmeal casserole
An easy and delicious oatmeal breakfast surprise and healthy, too."


2 cups skim milk
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup regular oatmeal
1/2 cup mangoes, bananas, or Craisins
1/2 cup macadamia nuts or broken walnuts


Heat first 5 ingredients in microwave just until starting to boil. Add oatmeal, fruit and nuts and pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350* for 30 minutes
