French Pancakes


1 cup flour
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups milk.


Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
beat the eggs, milk and vanilla and add to dry ingredients and mix well. Small lumps in the mixture is OK.
Cook on a griddle at 350 F until browned nicely on each side.
Serve buttered and with whatever topping you desire.
