Healthy Breakfast Berry Smoothie

A berry good fruit smoothie. Rich in antioxidents. Very healthy and no added sugar."

Ingredients

1 Cup Light Cranberry Juice
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 fresh mint sprig


Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in blender, excluding the mint sprig. Blend until well blended. Pour into 2 glasses and top with mint spring.
