Buttermilk crepe with strawberry banana sauce

mouthwatering breakfast menu....."


1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1-2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup chopped fresh/frozen strawberry
1 cup chopped banana
2 tbsp orange concentrate
2-3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

pinch of salt
2 tsp butter
whipped cream
mint leaves


Crepe: beat egg with an egg beater, and add buttermilk, flour, salt and mix well.
Add enough water to make it a loose consistency.
Heat a pan and make thin crepes and apply butter on one side and keep aside..
Sauce: Heat a saucepan and melt butter. Place in strawberry, banana and orange concentrate. When it boils, add condensed milk.
Cook for 5 minutes and remove from stove.
Fill the crepe with a line of sauce and fold it. Top it with some more sauce, whipped cream and mint leaves and serve hot.
