2 cups flour
4 tsp honey
2 1/2 tsp baking
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup applesauce
1 egg
2-4 Tbsp skim milk (more or less)
2 Tbsp ground coffee
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Heat oven to 400. In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in applesauce & honey. Stir in egg, vanilla, and just enough of the milk to make the dough leave the side of the bowl. Stir in chocolate & coffee. Knead dough 10 times on lightly floured surface. Roll in to an 8 in. circle on a greased cookie sheet. Cut in to 8 pieces with pizza cutter. Bake 14-16 min. or until golden brown. Carefully separate wedges. Enjoy!
