A moist, flavorful bread that uses up those large zucchini in everyone's garden(s). Awesome
5 Small loaves or 2 Large
3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
2 Cups prepared zucchini
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Nuts (your choice-I use pecans or walnuts)
1 Cup Golden Raisins
(Both or None - your choice)

Prepare baking pans i.e. grease and flour loaf pans...I use smaller ones because they make excellent gifts.
Wash, peel, remove seeds and cut into large chunks; place in Cuisinart processor to pulp.
In large mixing bowl, combine and mix all ingredients listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
