Healthy Whole Wheat rolls that you can enjoy and share with your family. You can do clusters of rolls based on how many guest you have. Serve warm
10 oz Water (110°F)
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1½ teaspoon White Vinegar
3 cups Bread Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

In a large bowl, combine salt and water. Sprinkle yeast and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients in the mixer, beat on medium until smooth, using the dough hook. Lightly coat a bowl with cooking spray. Transfer the dough to the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to rise for two hours until doubled in size.
Divide into 24 equal pieces. Roll each dough piece into a smooth ball and place in clusters of 7. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and allow rise in a warm until doubled, 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake rolls in clusters onto a baking sheet until deep golden warm.
