Yummy wheat bread that goes good with soup and stews
Ingredients
One package of active dry yeast + ¼ cup of water + 1 teaspoon of sugar
½ cup of warm water
½ cup of milk
½ cup of butter
½ cup brown sugar
¾ teaspoon of salt
Three + ½ cups of wheat flour
1 cup of all-purpose flour

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl dissolve the yeast in warm water, add ¼ teaspoon of sugar. Let set for 10 minutes
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, milk brown sugar salt and butter over low heat until the butter begins to melt. Let cool of five minutes. Then add to the yeast. Then add the flour. With hands, knead all of your ingredients together until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place dough onto a greased bowl and let rise for one hour until doubled.
Punch dough down. Divide in to four quarters. Round the dough and place on a greased baking sheet.
Let rise again for 30 minutes until doubled.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. (check at twenty minutes)
