2 Cups AP Flour ½ Cup Walnuts (chopped) ½ cup Sugar 3 Tbsp Baking Powder ½ Tsp Salt 1 Egg 1 Cup Milk 1 Tbsp Walnut Oil (Optional) Standard Loaf Pan

Preheat your Oven to 350 degrees. Using the Paddle attachment mix the Flour, Nuts, sugar, Baking powder, and salt together. Gradually mix in the egg, oil, and the milk (Oil is optional). Slowly mix until it Just comes together. Pour into a standard sized Loaf pan. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
