½ lb. Thinly sliced Deli Turkey

4 slices of Sour Dough Bread - Thick Sliced
1. Butter 4 slices of bread
2. Layer the sandwiches with turkey, spinach, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese
3. Cook on hot griddle and press with iron skillet on top. Turn over when browned and cook other side.
4. Serve with hot mustard or thousand island dressing and a side of kettle chips.
