Texas Vegetable Bread

This bread is so delicious with soups and stews. It is rich with flavor and perfect for cold weather. I love it with Gumbo!

Ingredients

3 large Cans Biscuits 2 sticks of Butter 1 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 cup chopped green onion 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled Cavender's Greek Seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

Saute vegetables in butter. Cut biscuits in 4 pieces. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (including biscuits) and sprinkle with Cavenders. Turn into ungreased bunt pan and bake at 350 for 45 min. Cool slightly but best served warm. Keep refrigerated, can be frozen.
