Spicy bread and meat roll

Use the spices you like ½ lb ground beef ½ cup stuffed green olives ½ cup chopped onions ½ cup chopped green peppers 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese parmesan cheese regular white bread recipe

Brown ground beef, then add onion and bell pepper when onions are clear add olives and mix well. Remove from heat. Place all the ingredients for 1½ lb. white bread loaf in your bread maker and use the dough cycle. When finished turn onto a floured surface and let rest for 10 minutes. Knead the dough then separate into equal balls of dough. Roll out dough into a thin circle and put meat mixture to an inch from each side and top and bottom, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and top with parmesan. Roll into log and pinch ends to seal place in a loaf pan and repeat for the next ball of dough. Let rise until double in size and bake in 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Brush top with butter.
