Sausage Bread

Perfect with Italian pastas and a salad. A real family pleaser.

2 frozen bread loaves-thawed 1 lb. Italian sausage-browned ½ cup chopped onion (opt.) 1 teas. oregano 1 teas. garlic salt or powder ½ teas red pepper 1 tablespoon. grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg beaten

Nutritional information


Roll or form bread in approx. 18" X 12" rectangles. Brush with egg, divide sausage evenly on each loaf. Add seasonings, roll up jelly roll fashion, top with egg and more Parmesan cheese. Do not let rise, back at once on flat cookie sheet.
