Salsa Banana Bread

Moist and delicious banana bread with a twist.

1 cup salsa (mild) ½ cup butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 3 ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon. baking soda pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray. Mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, using cuisinart stand mixer at medium speed. Add bananas, salsa and eggs and continue mixing. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake 1 hr. or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 min. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
