A sandwich heaven of thin sliced, layered corned beef, pulled pork, swiss cheese, mustard, dill pickles, sauteed onions, and creamy french dressing piled on cuban bread and press grilled to lightly crisp perfection!




Cuban Loaf bread or French Loaf
¼ pound Corned Beef
½ pound Pulled Pork (dry rubbed, slow roasted, lightly based with mustard base bbq at the end)
sauteed or grilled onions in butter or olive oil
¼ pound Swiss Cheese
Creamy French Dressing
Thin Sliced Dill Pickles
Yellow Mustard

1. Cut loaf bread in half and spread a light, thin layer of mustard on one half
2. Spread the second half with creamy french dressing
3. layer both sides with Swiss Cheese
4. on one half, add a layer of pickles then corned beef,
5.on top of the beef, add grilled onions, then pulled pork
6.Put the two sandwich halves together and press in a sandwich grill
7.I do not have a grill so I use two Iron skillets to press the sandwich
