Ingredients
total of 5 ½ - 6 cups of flour total with oats etc [for wheat do at least ½ white flour or too dense]
2 pkg yeast
1 tablespoon salt + 1 tablespoon sugar
2 Tbsp soft butter or margarine
2¼ cups Hot Water

Instructions
mix about ½ dry grains + flour
all other dry Ingredients
add soft butter
blend crumbly
add Hot water mix for a couple min add slowly another cup or so of dry flour until stretchy then add a bit more until ball leaves side of bowl
I turn into big bowl + cover with [sprayed] plastic wrap + then a cloth
let rest + rise [double] maybe 20-30 min
then punch + divide + put into sprayed pans [now is the time to roll in cinnamon or fruit if making roll]
I brush w/olive oil
[you can slash top if want]
let rise double[maybe 30 mins.]
then depends on your oven but about 375* 45-60min
