Baked potato and anchovy salad with Caesar salad dressing (any brand) wrapped with homemade pizza.

Ingredients

1½ cup Flour ½ teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Sugar ½ teaspoon Salt ⅓ cup Water 2 tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Russet Potato (about 1 lb) 2 oz Anchovy 2 tablespoon Caesar Salad Dressing 4 tablespoon Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix well. Then add water and olive oil. Knead the dough on floured surface. Let it stand for 20-30 minutes. 2.In the meantime, Peel potato and cut into bite sized cubes. Put them in a bowl and heat them in a microwave for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Then drain potatoes. Chop anchovy. 3.Preheat the oven to 390°F. 4.When potato is done, add anchovy and Caesar salad dressing. 5.Cut the dough into fourth. Roll out to circle. 6.On the each dough, place filling and wrap. Place on the baking dish seam side down. Make a cross shaped cut on the surface of each pizza and place butter and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and parsley on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
