This is a hearty but soft bread great for sandwiches.

¾ cup water
2 Tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 Tbsp dry milk powder
1 cup white bread flour
1 cup whole wheat bread flour
2 Tbsp quinoa
1 Tbsp yeast

Instructions
Into a bread machine pan, add water, followed by the remaining ingredients, ending with the flours and yeast. Press the whole wheat setting, light crust, 1.5 lb loaf.
