Great Sharp Cheddar (Hoop cheese preferably)

Ingredients

Choice of bread
Cheese
butter as needed

Instructions

1. Slice cheese approximately 1/8-1/4 thick
2.Butter one side of each slice of bread
3. place layer of cheese on non buttered side of bread.
4.Place bread buttered side down in skillet om med to almost high heat.Keep down until tosted to your desire. Then flip and toast other side.
5.Optional: Dill pickle slices or quarters, stuffed olives, and or soup of choice.
