buttered whole wheat bread 2 slices (1) or 4 slices (2)
2 or 3 different cheeses - use up those bits
thinly sliced white or red onion

1. butter one side, place on grill
2. put the onion slices one piece, close grill for about 1 minute
3. open the grill add the cheese and put the other piece of bread on top and close grill. Done when cheese is melted and toasty brown
