This is a hearty loaf of bread. Thick slices and pan toasting give this bread a rich and aromatic unique flavor.
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons white sugar
2¼ teaspoons bread machine yeast
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 stick of salted butter room temp.
5 cloves of roasted garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley flake
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dill weed

Put the first 3 ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to the yeast mix in the order listed.
Turn bread machine on and set it to basic and press start.
To make the butter combine ingredients and mix well taking care to mash the garlic. To roast your own garlic place 5 cloves of garlic in a pie plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. Turn garlic over and bake 5 min. remove from oven and let cool.
When bread has completely cooled slice 4- 1" slices. Spread butter on both sides of the bread. Place bread on an electric skillet and toast each side. About 2 min. Serve
