This pumpkin bread recipe has been passed around my family for generations. It's simplicity, but deliciousness make it our family's #1 holiday treat.
Ingredients
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin
3 Cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup vegetable oil
3 ½ Cups flour
¾ Cup cold water

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix first 8 ingredients together until smooth. Slowly add flour and cold water, keeping batter smooth. Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
