These delicious and easy rolls are a big hit on any occassion. For variety, add a cube of cheddar cheese inside the rolls... yummy.
1 cup milk (luke warm)
1 teaspoon salt
½ stick butter (4 tablespoons), softened
1 large egg
2 tablespoons sugar
3 to 4 cups bread flour (can use all purpose flour)
2 teaspoons yeast

Select dough cycle on your bread machine. Add ingredients into machine in order given, but only add 3 cups of the flour. Press “Start." Check machine after a few minutes, dough should be formed into a smooth ball. If dough is sticky, add additional flour (one or two tablespoons at a time) until it forms a smooth ball. Remove dough after cycle is finished. Divide into 24 pieces and shape into rolls. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover with clean kitchen towel. Let double in size (1 to 1½ hours) in a warm area. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
