melt in your mouth biscuits with a hint of sweet potato
1½ cups heart healthy bisquick
½ can sweet potatoes
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream sweet potatoes, cinnamon and sugar in mixer, slowly add bisquick mix, add ¼ cup of milk until a small dough forms.
Roll dough on floured surface, cut biscuits and place in greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned. Serve warm with butter.
