melt in your mouth biscuits with a hint of sweet potato
1 1/2 cups heart healthy bisquick
1/2 can sweet potatoes
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Cream sweet potatoes, cinnamon and sugar in mixer, slowly add bisquick mix, add 1/4 cup of milk until a small dough forms.
Roll dough on floured surface, cut biscuits and place in greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned. Serve warm with butter.
