Cinnamon Honey Butter

Spread for fresh bread. Easy to make with a stand mixer, very hard to make without.




2 cups cold heavy cream

2 tablespoons honey

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon salt

Refrigerate bowl of mixer prior to adding ingredients. Pour cream chilled bowl of mixer. Mix for 10 minutes with flat mixing paddle, or until the butter separates. Strain off the liquid. Add honey, cinnamon and salt and mix for an additional minute. Press butter into a small bowl with the back of a spoon to further remove liquid. Refrigerate until needed.
